Empowering women to feel strong and fabulous at any stage of their life is my mission. My key focus is resistance training to make sure you feel strong physically and mentally.
Fitness doesn’t have a body type or personality, it’s for everybody and every body. It’s about finding what works for you and building a routine that naturally fits in with your lifestyle.

You’ll work to a bespoke programme tailored to your goals, strengths and weaknesses.
Together we will look outside of your training routine and work to build healthy habits making sure exercise, keeping active and staying healthy is enjoyable.
I’ll not only teach you what to do but why you’re doing it. You’ll learn proper form and technique, how to train effectively and I’ll make sure you can train independently too.

Sessions are all about you!
Babies are welcome too! Work with me in my fully-equipped private home studio where it’s safe to bring your baby and young children too. No need to sort and worry about child care!
Pre-conception – It makes sense to optimise your health and wellbeing before you conceive. It’s proven that being a healthy weight can improve fertility and reduce the risks of complications during pregnancy. Also, exercise is a great stress reliever. For many the baby-making process isn’t all fun and games so having an outlet for frustrations is a positive too.
Prenatal – Pregnancy is a wonderfully exciting time but it can be a whirlwind of mixed emotions and advice! It’s a time when looking after yourself has never been more important. With a growing bump, weird and wonderful hormones and other strange body changes, now is the time to stay strong and active. Doing so can help alleviate common pregnancy ailments and help you enjoy the nine months when your body may not feel like your own.
Postnatal – More changes to your body plus interrupted sleep, feeding schedules and a life turned upside down. All of this may mean that exercise is the last thing on your mind. However, movement and carving out a little time for yourself is a great why to take back control and rebuild confidence in yourself. Following an assessment of your body I will create a bespoke program to help you on your way to feeling confident, strong and fit again.
Train in a studio environment, outdoors or in the comfort of your own home.
PARTNER OR SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Prefer to work out with a friend?
For some women it’s more fun and motivating to work in a partner or small group, there’s also the extra element of a bit of competition.
This option also helps spread the cost with a reduced rate per person.
